Multi-Channel & Private Conversations
The 50S offers three intercom modes to suit every ride:
  • Multi-Channel Open Mesh: Industry-first 9-channel system, connecting near-limitless users up to 8 km. Perfect for large group rides or clubs.
  • Group Mesh Intercom: Private groups with up to 24 riders, range up to 8 km. Only invited riders can join.
  • Bluetooth Intercom: Traditional four-way intercom for Sena Bluetooth users within 1.2 miles, with bridging to Mesh Intercom if needed.
 
Voice Commands for Hands-Free Control
Control the 50S without lifting a finger. System functions—including answering calls, starting Group Mesh sessions, or accessing Open Mesh—respond to voice commands in 8 languages. Connect to Google Assistant or Siri for GPS, music, or voice dialing while riding. #RIDECONNECTED has never been easier.
 
Rapid Charging & Automatic Updates
Charge 30% faster with the high-density battery. Fully charge in 1 hour for 9 hours Mesh / 14 hours Bluetooth, or 20 minutes for 3.5 hours Mesh / 6 hours Bluetooth. The included WiFi Adapter handles rapid charging and automatically installs firmware updates over your network—keeping your 50S always current.

      • Intercom range varies depending on the mode, with Bluetooth supporting up to 2 km in open terrain, and Mesh extending up to 8 km with multiple riders.
      • Maximum participants also differ by mode, supporting 4 riders for Bluetooth and up to 24 or virtually limitless riders for Mesh depending on the specific Mesh mode. Battery talk time is approximately 12-14 hours for Bluetooth and 9-11 hours for Mesh.
